Plastic ball valve

A ball valve uses a ball core with a circular through-hole as the opening and closing element. The ball core rotates around the centerline of the valve body along with the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the valve.

1. The valve body material should be made of PPH, RPP, PE, PVDF, CPVC, UPVC raw materials, the sealing seat should be made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) high wear resistant material, and the sealing ring should be made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) or fluororubber (FPM).

2. The valve body and pipeline connection specifications must comply with DIN, GB, ASTM, JIS and other standards to achieve unified standard requirements for the overall pipeline system.

3. The design and testing of the valve strictly comply with Q/BT02-1999.
